NCCR Chainguard kit für CCM GP-450 Adventure

The original upper chain slider on the CCM 450 is quite short, so it can happen that the chain is marking the swingarm when it is not 100% proper tensioned. The NCCR Chainguard kit cover the swing arm on the full length(250mm) in the area the chain might touch. We use an industral system with a extra low friction slider material. The slider element is simply pushed into the guard from the rear and is secured by an internal profile. That provide a very easy and simple change without any tools. Kit Comes with chainslider mounting bracket in stainless steel (on the pictures is a powdercoated prototype to see), 2 x chain slider element Art. Nr. 100007 (one for replacement) and all necessary mounting Hardware. Att! mounting of the kit requires to grind (see picture) some material on the swingarm off. We recommend to give some Silicone glue (not included) between the swingarm and the chainguard before mounting.
