With the trouble caused by todays ethanol admixtures in the fuel we recommend a test and cleaning each second year. If the bike shows an actual fuel fuel/air mixture related problem we recommend a prompt injector test after checking the base parameters / components without further result. Therese are fuel pump / fuel pressure issues, faulty lambda (O2) sensors, Temperature sensors, faulty mapping and leaking manifold seals. To say it clear from all used injectors checked in the last years, none pair we worked with was good as it came in. We found all, from light debris and easy cleaning, injectors what only operated in some range, like the mid range and delivered on idle no fuel at all, or injectors what were all time open or dripping. Mark the injectors with a scratch needle with "F" for front and "R" for rear cylinder as they were mounted at the bike and send them safely packed to us. The price is per pair of injectors and includes the return of the injectors within Sweden, other European Countries might coming up additional costs. Notice, a cleaning and testing program cannot repair a broken injector, please understand that in the diagnostic process it might come up that an injector is not to fix by cleaning and intense running on the test stand. Believe us in that case we try it up to 3 times, as sometimes another round in the ultrasonic bath can help (we do it up to 3 times), but if the injector is is not working correct or the pair is not getting on the same level, you at least get a proper diagnostic of your problem. So the service offered here is to clean and diagnose your injector, not to repair it.
