COMETIC AFM primary case gasket, fits all Buell Tubeframers from 1991 till 2001 and all Sportsters from 1191- 2003. A top quality gasket with advanced AFM technology. AFM, ALUMINUM FOAM MATERIAL, is the ideal gasket material for machined surfaces, especially when used between two uneven stamped surfaces that have been plated. AFM is a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic rubber bonded to an aluminum core with temperature resistance of over 2500F. AFM material has an 85% recovery while maintaining strong torque retention. AFM does not require gasket sealers or silicone bead. Re-torque is not required.
