EBR 1190 RX/SX, RS tail conversion Kit with WSBK Style Race Seat

Ride like the World Superbike Pro´s, add the original race style to your EBR 1190RX / SX, improve the seat position and give your bike the original RS style. The complete kit includes: - RS style fiberglas tail unit, gel coat white, unpainted - CNC made alumium subframe sliders for the front mount with Torx fastener - Rivet nuts for the rear mount with Torx fastener - All mounting hardware -Mounting instructions Attention: mounting the RS fiberglas seat unit requires drilling 2 holes in the subframe. You can either cut a thread (not recommended for intensive use) or use the supplied rivet nut. Your original subframe carry at the front the mounting points for the CNC slider blocks supplied with the kit. You can choose between 2 styles of the fiberglas part, (1.) the at the bottom closed version, originally used with shortened subframe on the EBR 1190 RR and (2.) a ready cut out version for the long subframe of the RX/SX. It´s a bit tight to get the fiberglas part on an off, but you can, for the price of a bit bigger gap clearences, grind a bit more from the fiberglas edge off, to have a smoother operation. Always test mount any fiberglas parts before painting to your bike in the final position. Originally used on the EBR Factory World Superbikes, offer the foam seat in this kit an improved rider position. The rider comes slightly up and more important, the higher front section gives more support and a better connection to the airbox cover. another benefit is, that the high quality foam material is more comfortable then the stock seats. Mounts with 6x M5 screws (included) to the RS fibergalks tail unit. 2 openings in the seat allow the acces to the rear mounting screws. A fiberglas base plate with thread inserts gives the set-up a good stability. Comes as standard with manufacturer embroidery. Optional we offer individual embroidery work, like your name, logo or start number. Please count additional 3 weeks delivery time in. We contact you for the art work you like to have.
