NCCR Docol LH3 BOTT frame for Buell / HD Sportster engines

Inspired by Erik Buell´s Lucifer Hammer frame what raced from the mid 80th as Lucifers Hammer I and II. Manufactured in high strength Swedish SSAB Docol steel, NCCR´s LH 3 frames are available for all EVO Sportster and XR 1000 engines till 2003 and they are built to accept the original Buell Uniplanar set-up from 1996-2001. NCCR´s LH3 frames with Uniplanar rubber engine mount, offer all the stock advantages when riding your Buell Custom- or Racebike , regarding the minimization of vibration and best road feeling. The frame accepts most Buell tube frame components, like fork, shock, swing arm, engine, exhaust and fuel tank. There are different manifolds and also a cylinder head conversion to dual carbs available as well. A foot peg kit is available as option. For the rear sub frame 4 mounting points are already prepared at the frame. Different rakes are available, like Buell XB, Buell XB-Ss, EBR 1190 and Buell X1. If you want to built a cool Roadracer, or like to compete in classic B.O.T.T or B.E.A.R.S Racing this is the rigid and light frame to start your project with. NCCR TH3 DOCOL tube frame CNC bended, all components laser cut or machined parts made from DOCOL, also the steering head is machined out of a solid bar of DOCOL, ready to accept a set of Timken bearings. Frames are all over TIG welded. Shock mount, Cantilever or under engine style, front side prepared for the stock front mount and machined plates for the rear isolator blocks. All mounting points ready, to install the stock 1996-2001 tie-bars. Straight tubes from the steering head to the swing arm pivot point, front side prepared to accept a fairing bracket. Mounting point for horizontal steering damper attachment, Individual details, rear subframe, alternative shock mounts, fairing brackets and finish, like powder coating available on request.
