Buell Hellbender Tail Conversion Kit

20 years after we launched the Buell XB Hellbender (the only Custom Bike ever what made it into an official factory brochure) we bring back the tail conversion kit. And, if the demand is there, we will extend the model range. To cut the costs, the machining of the casted aluminium sub sections we offer on demand. So in the basic kit, you get the 2 raw casted aluminium tail section, the fiberglas undertray and the solo seat with the one piece rear cowl. Interior, mounting points for battery, ECM, etc. you design and manufacture by yourself. Optional, we offer the machining and add the interior in laser cut / 3D print parts, individually designed for your project. We decided to test the waters if there is a serious demand for the short tail Hellbender style kit as well for: -Buell XB tall frame (Ss / Ulysses) -Buell 1125 -EBR/Buell 1190 You can choose these bikes as option in the drop down menue to pre-order. We need at least 5 each, to run the kit and the turn around time will be around 3 months for these bike models. We contact you after you placed your order. DIY or read to bolt on? We offer the machining of the aluminium tail sections and fitting of the fiberglas parts for extra costs. It includeds the laser cut parts to mount the battery, the fuse box and ECM. NOTICE: You still need the Buell XB tail insert what finishes the tail section at the end. There all tail inserts what fit the stock Buell XB tail sections. Raw casted aluminium (not machined) / Unpainted (gelcoat finish) fiberglas. ATTENTION: All fiberglass parts must be test mounted before painting. Adjusting work like grinding and drilling might be needed and is normal. Never paint a fiberglass part before you have double checked the correct mounting in place.
