Taillight, LUCAS 1936

Very nice quality reproduction of the Lucas MT 211 what was used from 1935-1950 on AJS,AJW, BSA, Cotton, Douglas, Royal Enfield, Excelsior, James, Matchless, Norton, Sunbeam and Triumph on various models. 30,5mm Diameter with Chrome ring and facetted glas, 40mm deep. 64,5mm flange with 3 hole mounting (4,8mm holes.)Plus 38mm for the lightbulb rubber socket. Distance of the M5 mounting bolts is app 80mm. Nice metal work with the original "Bajonett" locking mechanism. It is converted to a 2 wire 12 Volt lightbulb (on request 6 Volt available too) with running light and brake light. Comes with a little round cateye section and a clear area to illuminate the registration plate. As it is a real design of its time so we sell it without e-mark. Anyhow, there is some text on the glas what might give room for interpretations.
