EBR 1190 RX/SX Cylinder Closed Deck Conversion (Machining your cylinders) US ONLY

Prevent cylinder sleeve flex by converting the EBR 1190 RX / SX or the Buell 1125 (for heavy applications) from open to closed deck. The more rigid cylinder set-up prevents the cylinder from fatigue failures without reducing the integrity of the original construction. As all expansion factors stay the same, OEM gaskets, piston rings, piston and all clearences can be kept. So you just remove your cylinders, send it, we machine and convert them to closed deck and you put them back into your motor. You need new base and head gaskets, new piston rings we in general recommended when a cylinder is pulled. Turn around time 14 days. US customers only service. Price include pick-up and return by Fedex, as the freight rates from Europe are significant lower. Price is for maching of a pair (your 2 cylinders), the transport by Fedex (you need to wrap the cylinders and bring them to the Fedex office and the return back to you by Fedex.
