Dual header tube design with extra loop "Cinnamon bun" full NCCR Racesport exhaust system for the EBR 1190 RX/SX/RS manufactured by APH -Alan Hawkes.
NCCR brings together the outstanding handcraft of well known Buell and EBR UK exhaust manufacturer Alan Hawkes (APH) and the cutting Edge exhaust end can technology of SC-Project in Italy.
SC changed their design to fulfill the European rules regarding the manipulation possibilities of their exhaust components. Now you can choose between 2 versions.
V1 have the catalyst and the in going dB eater, plus the outgoing dB eater what has now the bolt spot welded and reversed for difficult manipulation (required to pass MOT on some markets). V2 still have the detachable dB eater.
Version 1 (V1)
The 70mm inner diameter Euro 4 rated SC-Project exhaust can (not for the EBR 1190 homologated) is equipped with a catalyst insert an db eaters on
each side of the can.
Version 2 (V2)
70mm inner diameter SC-Project exhaust Motorsport exhaust can, no catalyst insert and only one outgoing dB eater, what is easy to mount and remove by a normal accessible bolt.
Choose V1 if you run in a highly noise restricted environment or need to pass advanced noise tests like MOT tests. Go for the V2 version for normal usage and maximum performance.
The idea behind the development of the Ultimate Racesport exhaust series is to combine the final WSBK exhaust header layout with an advanced end can to achieve a good performance with a moderate noise level, as not only on public roads, also on race tracks, the limitation and penalties making more and more problems.
