Stator BMW G450X / CCM 450 Adventure / Husqvarna TE 449

Attention, exchange part, require core! Fresh re-winded stator for the BMW 450 single engine, what is used in different bikes, like the CCM 450 or the Husqvarna TE 449. We offer both version, 165W and the High output 270W and try to keep both in stock. To do so, we need your stator core in exchange. -There are 2 ways, you send the stator with the order and we wait till it arrive at NCCR and send you then the re-winded stator. -The other way is, we send the stator out directly, but you pay a core charge, what we refund when your broken stator is back at us. Please notice that we see that the factory High Output stator is less reliable (break earlier), but we have no experience yet if the re-winded 270W stator will show the same problem. We think its might be a construction problem, as the engine cannot get off the additional heat. Because of that, we offer the 270W stator without warranty. Attention! Our stator comes with 500mm (20") cables, without connector. Also the Crank position sensor is not included and also not the rubber grommet what seal the cables to the cover. Make sure to keep that parts and send just the stator, cut the 3 phase wires direct at the stator, do not cut the cables of the Crank position sensor, as you need to re-use that part.
